We were welcomed and showed the easiest access upstairs. Due to my father being 94. All staff were very friendly. Bal; the dentist was very knowledgeable and explained everything before during and after the appointment. Kate; Bal’s dental nurse was really helpful and looked after us. The appointment resulted in an extraction and our service was excellent.

Was so easy to book an appointment and very reassuring that you could be seen urgently.

I broke a tooth on a Saturday evening and I'm currently not registered with a dentist. I obviously needed emergency treatment due to extreme pain and a loose tooth so found Emerdency online. The pricing was very clear (the initial appointment including x-rays) and the set-price treatments. I was pleasantly surprised that this was accurate and so got my emergency dental treatment with no nasty surprises!

My husband had a troublesome tooth. On Saturday lunchtime it suddenly became unbearable. I looked for emergency dentists online as out dentist is closed at weekends. I was so lucky to find the Emerdency website. It was so easy and quick to book an appointment that afternoon.

Fabulous service, wasn’t sure where to turn as I’ve always used an NHS dentist but when mine wouldn’t see me until 2 months needed someone just to cap my broken tooth. Website really easy to use, the gentleman on reception unfortunately I never got his name. He called meslef back twice to make sure I had my appointment confirmed. He was understanding on my previous experience in the NHS denist and explained everything I needed to know.

Very efficient. I was worried about it being an online booking service and having to pay an upfront fee. No worry necessary as once my transaction went through all the details were confirmed and a lovely advisor called Muhammed called me several times through out the booking process to make sure everything had gone through correctly and to reassure me.
